Returns and Exchanges
In the Terms and Conditions and the Support Center you’ll find all the necessary details but, in short:
- There is a 14 Days Guarantee period starting the day you have recieved the item. During this period you can ask for a return or an exchange.
- If there is a fault with the item (which is rare, but they are made by humans and humans sometimes make mistakes) you just need to send a picture and an explanation of the fault using the support section in your account. You will receive a new item free of charge.
- In case of any other return or exchange:
- Send first a request using the support section in your account explaining your concerns and, once it is approved by our team,
- Send, at your expenses, the item in perfect conditions to our warehouse.
Since it is necessary to send the item at your expenses, it is important to follow the Size Guides you’ll find in the items before a purchase!
